Served with celery sticks and additional ranch (Recipe to follow). Very hearty and satisfying meal and definitely hit that buffalo-style craving.
Vegan Ranch Dressing: Add to a blender 1 cup cashew nuts, 3/4 cup water, 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/4 tsp celtic sea salt, 1 tsp basil, 1 tsp dill and process. Creamy and delicious!
